SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days of purchase. You'll receive tracking once your package is on the way.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We currently ship to the contiguous United States and Washington D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipping are not available at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

To start a return: Email us at support@frontporchfreestyle.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send instructions and a return authorization.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

Exchanges: We'll cover return shipping for defective items. For size or preference exchanges, customer covers return shipping.

Editions items: All Front Porch Editions releases are final sale due to their limited production. No returns or exchanges on Editions pieces.
